How long does a project take?
Most projects are delivered within 5–14 business days depending on complexity. A simple landing page or basic bot: 5–7 days. Full custom web app or multi-feature bot: 10–14 days. We always give a specific timeline before work begins.
What is the 50/50 payment model?
We take 50% of the total project fee as an advance before work begins. The remaining 50% is due just before we hand over your project. All payments processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking).
What platforms do you build on?
We specialise in custom PHP websites and web applications (no WordPress/page builders unless you want that). For bots, we use official Telegram Bot API and WhatsApp Cloud API. We integrate with Razorpay, Google Sheets, Notion, CRM tools, and any REST API.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Yes — 7 days free bug-fix support after delivery. For ongoing maintenance, optional monthly plans: ₹399/mo Basic, ₹999/mo Pro. Add from your customer portal after delivery.
Can I request changes mid-project?
Minor changes during the build are fine. Significant scope changes may affect timeline and price. We'll always discuss changes before implementing and never surprise you with extra charges.
Do you sign NDAs?
Absolutely. Happy to sign an NDA before you share sensitive project details. Just mention it when you contact us. We treat all client information with complete confidentiality regardless.
