What payment methods do you accept?
We use Razorpay to accept UPI, Credit/Debit cards, and Netbanking. Bank transfers are available for the Pro plan upon request.
Do you charge monthly fees?
No, our build fees are one-time. Once the bot is delivered, it's yours. We offer optional monthly maintenance packages if you need ongoing updates and monitoring.
What’s included in the delivery?
You get the fully deployed bot code, Razorpay integration setup, admin panel access, and 30 days of free bug fixes (for Growth plans).
Can I customize the bot later?
Absolutely. The code is modular. You can hire us for specific change requests later, or upgrade to a maintenance plan for regular tweaks.
Do I need my own server?
For Starter plans, we can host it for you. For Growth and Pro, we usually set it up on your own VPS (DigitalOcean/AWS) so you have full control and ownership of data.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If we cannot deliver the features listed in your plan within the agreed timeline, you are eligible for a full refund of your deposit.
