Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to services provided by Promptua (the "Company", "we", "us", "our"). We provide digital services — custom Telegram bots, automation flows, integrations and SaaS-style products — which typically involve design and development work. By purchasing or commissioning work from us you agree to this policy.

1. Order confirmation & start of work

An order is considered confirmed when payment is received and we acknowledge receipt. Development work (design, configuration, coding, testing) usually begins after order confirmation. We will notify you of the expected delivery timeline.

2. Refund eligibility

Because our services are digital and often custom-built, refunds are limited. The rules below apply:

  • Pre-development cancellations: If you request cancellation before we start any work, we will refund the paid amount minus any payment gateway charges and a nominal administrative fee (if applicable).
  • Post-development start: Once development has started (code, configuration, content creation, or testing), refunds are not provided for the work already completed. Partial refunds may be considered at our discretion in exceptional cases, after assessment.
  • Subscription services: For recurring subscriptions, you can cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for past billing cycles; any unused future-period fees will be handled per the subscription terms agreed at purchase.
  • Failed or duplicate payments: Incorrect or duplicate payments will be investigated and, if validated, refunded after verification.

3. How to request a cancellation or refund

  1. Contact support at hello@promptua.com with your order ID, transaction ID (if any) and reason for cancellation.
  2. Provide any supporting evidence (screenshots, payment receipt).
  3. We will acknowledge your request within 48 business hours and begin verification.

4. Refund process & timelines

After verification, approved refunds are processed using the original payment method where possible. Refund timelines depend on the payment processor/bank and may take 5–14 business days to reflect in your account.

5. Examples (clarifying scenarios)

6. Disputes & chargebacks

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated with your bank or payment provider, we will cooperate with the processor and provide evidence of service delivery. Unfounded chargebacks may be contested by us, and you may be billed for chargeback fees if levied by the processor.

7. Exceptions

In rare situations where we clearly fail to deliver the agreed scope (and cannot remedy it within a reasonable timeframe), we will either rework the deliverable or consider a partial/full refund depending on the assessment. These exceptions are handled case-by-case.
